Most bookings are confirmed within 2 to 4 hours of your call because a dryer that doesn’t work backs up laundry fast.

You approve the estimate and we get started. Most dryer repairs take 30 to 90 minutes depending on what failed. Heating elements get tested and replaced when they’re burned out. Belts, rollers, and pulleys are swapped when wear causes noise or drum issues. Venting problems are identified when airflow is restricted. Many repairs are completed the same visit because we carry the parts that fail most often.

When Viktor or one of his technicians arrives, we check the dryer to figure out what quit. No heat is often a failed heating element, thermal fuse, or thermostat. Loud noises usually point to worn rollers, idler pulleys, or belt issues. We test the components, confirm the failure, and provide a written estimate before any work begins. If you proceed with the repair, there’s no diagnostic fee.

Final Testing, Clean Up, and Warranty

After the repair, we run the dryer to confirm proper heat, drum movement, and airflow. We make sure the dryer cycles correctly before we leave. We clean up, remove old parts, and explain what failed and why. Every repair includes a 90-day labor warranty along with manufacturer coverage on new parts. If the same component fails within that period, we’re back to fix it at no charge.
